This summer we are offering a special 5-days long Tantra Massage Retreat in Portugal for couples and practice partners. This is an opportunity to learn the Art of Touch in a breathtaking surroundings, deepen your relationship to your own body and to your practice partner, learn how to built more intimacy and re-charge body, mind and soul in a national park.

In this Tantra Retreat in Portugal you will learn the foundations of tantra and the full body tantra massage (Level 1); as well as the theory and practice of yoni massage and lingam massage (Level 2).

 

This tantra retreat is for couples and/or practice partners that want to experience something new together, increase their quality of touch, learn the art of giving a tantra massage, grow their ability to built intimate, nurturing and meaningful relationships and connect deeper to their own bodies. This retreat is for people that are new to tantra; as well as for people with experience that want to have a whole week to nurture in the warmth of tantric practices in a beautiful environment, strengthening their sense of inner peace, belonging and connection.

Detailed Content of Level 1: The first level is an introduction to the art of touch and to tantra massage in which you will learn what is a tantra massage, origin and developments of the practice, different forms of touch, intention setting, grounding, yin and yang energy channels, how to awaken the body for more presence and pleasure, the importance of breath, standing ritual, techniques for a full body tantric massage. The course is ideal for couple, individuals and friends that want to learn tantra massage and/or deepen their understanding of nurturing touch. Together we will create a safe space to dare to open up and bring more vitality, acceptance, love, pleasure and peace into each one of our lives. 

 

Detailed Content of Level 2: ritualistic, honoring, theory and practice of Yoni and Lingam Massage

 

You will learn:

- what is a tantra

- what is tantra massage, origin and developments of the practice

- theory of touch, quality of touch and its different forms

- connecting exercises

- moving energy and grounding 

- yin and yang energy channels

- how to awaken the body for more presence and pleasure

- the role of breath, sound and movement

- standing tantric ritual

- techniques for a full body tantric massage

- theory and practice of yoni massage

- theory and practice and lingam massage
