Tantra Massage Retreat in Portugal

This summer, we invite couples and practice partners to a 5-days Tantra Massage Retreat in Portugal, set in the breathtaking landscapes of a national park. This tantra retreat offers a unique opportunity to learn the Art of Touch, deepen your connection, and recharge your body, mind, and soul in a stunning natural environment.
This tantra retreat in Portugal is for couples and/or practice partners that want to experience something new together, increase their quality of touch, learn the art of giving a tantra massage, grow their ability to built intimate, nurturing and meaningful relationships and connect deeper to their own bodies. This retreat is for people that are new to tantra; as well as for people with experience who want to have a whole week to nurture in the warmth of tantric practices in a beautiful environment, strengthening their sense of inner peace, belonging and connection.

in the heart of Arrábida's Natural Park
50 minutes drive from Lisbon
and 15 minutes from Portinho da Arrábida; Azeitão and Sesimbra.
Arrival: Wednesday, September 30th, between 15:30h and 17:30h.
Welcome dinner will be served at 18h.
Departure: Sunday, October 4th, around 15h.

Judith
Tara
Judith ist eine erfahrene Tantra-Praktizierende und Lehrerin. Sie hat bereits zahlreiche Einzelpersonen und Paare dabei begleitet, die Kunst der Berührung und der Tantra-Massage bei Journey Within zu erlernen. Mit Paaren zu arbeiten und mitzuerleben, wie sie genießen, empfangen und in einen Raum voller Akzeptanz und tieferer Intimität eintauchen, ist ein Teil ihrer Mission.
Ihr Unterrichtsstil ist geerdet, liebevoll und voller Humor. Vor einigen Jahren wechselte sie von der Tätigkeit als Yogalehrerin hin zur somatischen und tantrischen Arbeit. Zudem verfügt sie über einen Lehrabschluss in Musik und Französisch sowie Ausbildungen in Kundalini Yoga, Yogatherapie, Rope Shiatsu, Conscious Sexuality nach Ilan Stephani und natürlich Tantra-Massage.
Silvia hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, Menschen durch ihren Körper zu verehren. In ihren Körperarbeitssitzungen begrüßt sie die Gesamtheit dessen, wer du bist. Tantra Massage ist für sie eine Reise zum Herzen und zu sich selbst. Es unterstützt dich dabei, loszulassen, was dich daran hindert, auf authentische und liebevolle Weise mit dir selbst und anderen in Beziehung zu treten, sodass mehr Liebe durch dich fließen kann.
Nach Abschluss ihres Architekturstudium, widmete sie ihre künstlerische Arbeit der Ehrenmalereien der Yoni und Lingam zu zeichnen. Sie ist in ayurvedischer Medizin, tantrischen Praktiken (ISTA) und Tantramassage ausgebildet.
