Tantra Massage Workshop

Touch is a vital form of communication that we use to connect with others. It is its own language - it can be learned, developed and turned into art. More than touching the body, you will learn how to get into deep, intimate communication with another person through touch and truly listen. For that to be possible, it is paramount that the giver is connected to himself or herself. From there, he or she will be able to feel the other person and will grow to sense intuitively how to touch the other. This Tantra Massage Workshop is for those who want to grow their skills of touch and/or learn the art of giving a tantra massage, as well as increase their ability to built intimate and honest relationships and connect deeper to their own bodies.
This is a group course divided in 3 levels. All courses are in English and facilitaded by experienced members of our team. You can come alone or with a partner.
Level I - Learning the Art of Touch
The first level is an introduction to the art of touch and to tantra massage in which you will learn what is a tantra massage, origin and developments of the practice, different forms of touch, intention setting, grounding, yin and yang energy channels, how to awaken the body for more presence and pleasure, the importance of breath, standing ritual, techniques for a full body tantric massage. The course is ideal for couple, individuals and friends that want to learn tantra massage and/or deepen their understanding of nurturing touch. Together we will create a safe space to dare to open up and bring more vitality, acceptance, love, pleasure and peace into each one of our lives.

Level II - Yoni and Lingam Massage
In Level II you will learn the specifics of the yoni and lingam massage. Yoni and Lingam are the sanskrit names given to the female body and male body genitals. The use of this words bring up the sacred character of this body part in the tantric tradition. In the tantric view, the totality of the body is as sacred as the soul and it should be honored as a sacred temple in which the soul resides. The Yoni and Lingam especifically, are seen as a gateway to the temple that deserve equal respectful veneration and celebration; and from which live and sexual energy can rise into the body and upper chakras.
From a western point of view, these are the areas in the body that contain the most nervous ending, thus allowing us the feel them in deeper and pleasant ways. In this course we will take the time to listen to and cherish the Yoni and the Lingam with respect, attention and care through vision, slow and gentle touch, as well as tantric massage techniques. You will learn the techniques for Yoni and Lingam massage, but will get to practice only one of them. This course is ideal for couples and individuals that which to learn the full tantra massage and how to circulate sexual energy in the body.

Level III -Energetic and Emotional Aspects of Tantra Massage
In this advanced level you will deepen your understanding of tantra massage and will learn additional methods to engage with your receiver and bring more energy to flow in the body. We will share new concepts such as de-armoring techniques, emotional release, body types (by Wilhelm Reich) and energetic healing techniques. Whilst you will also have the opportunity to practice the techniques learned in the previous levels with our supervision.

Paula is the founder of Journey Within ans has been practicing and teaching the tantric tradition for over a decade. All her Workshops and Sessions aim at allowing more life-force to flow through the body and release any tension, physical or emotional, that might be on the way of living a truly authentic and free life.
Besides her multiple tantric studies, she is a certified body-psychotherapy practitioner, reiki master, advanced tantra-yoga teacher and has a Ph.D. in human rights. Read More about her trajectory here.
Linda believes that profound healing happens in group dynamics. The collective nervous system balances out and supports each and everyone on their individual journeys. There is so much to learn and to feel from one another - we are more connected than we think.
Linda has specialised on diverse somatic and trauma informed techniques such as De-Armouring, Trauma Release Exercise (TRE®) and sexological body-work. She is an advocate for free movement and dance, and she translates her studies of masculine/feminine energy, somatic movement & dance, embodiment and sensual erotism into her craft.
For Tara, the art of tantra massage is a pathway to elevated and enhanced states of consciousness. Through both tender and tentative touch, Tara likes to take you on a journey through the layers of sensation and sensuality.
Tara is a certified Sensual Somatic™️ facilitator and uses a combination of massage techniques, trauma-informed somatic release practices, breathwork, sensual embodiment and de-armouring in her sessions. She is also a performer and dancer. Her desire is for everyone to feel safe and sensual in their own bodies.
