Intimacy can be created and nurtured by sharing vulnerabilities, stripping away our defenses in front of each other. It can be achieved through non-violent communication, touch, assuming responsibility for ourselves, and acknowledging our desires and boundaries while also learning to communicate them to others. I have also collected a broad experience assisting couples into making steps into a more open relationships.
Relationship bring up the best and at times also the worst in us. With that raises the opportunity for significant growth and personal development. I am happy to help you to make the best of an uncomfortable situations, so that you can create the relationships that you truly long for in your life.

This session is for you if you want to experience something new as a couple, add a new range of tools and knowledge into your relationship, start to explore what tantra means together or just gift your partner a beautiful shared experience on a special occasion.
Each member of the relationship is going to receive their own massage from a masseuse or masseur from our team. We recommend that each one of you receive their massage in separate rooms so that you can let go and concentrate on your own experience. At the end of the massage you are brought into the same room for rest and integration.

Couples Tantra Massage Private Workshop

This is a private class. You will have one therapist as a teacher introducing you to tantra massage, as well as tantric principles and practices.
This class is for couples that want to get an introduction to tantra together, as well as grow their skills of touch and/or learn how to invite more intimacy, more pleasure and better communication into their relationship.
Touch is a vital form of communication that we use to connect with others. It is its own language - it can be learned, developed and turned into art. More than touching the body, you will learn how to get into deep, intimate communication with another person through touch and truly listen. For that to be possible, it is paramount that the giver is connected to himself or herself. From there, he or she will be able to feel the other person and will grow to sense intuitively how to touch the other.
This private tantra massage workshop for couples will be tailored to your specific needs and can vary in content. It begins with a pre-talk to understand your interests, followed by a moment to shower. You’ll then engage in a grounding exercise to help you arrive in the present moment and connect with your body before connecting with your partner. Various tantric exercises will be explored to learn about presence, quality of touch, and its different forms. You’ll focus on one aspect of the massage and practice on your partner with the therapist’s guidance. While this workshop is too short to cover the entire Tantra massage, it will provide a foundation for incorporating tantric touch into your relationship.

Tantra Massage Retreat in Portugal

This summer, we invite couples and practice partners to a 5-day Tantra Massage Retreat in Portugal, set in the breathtaking landscapes of a national park. This tantra retreat offers a unique opportunity to learn the Art of Touch, deepen your connection, and recharge your body, mind, and soul in a stunning natural environment.
This tantra retreat is for couples and/or practice partners that want to experience something new together, increase their quality of touch, learn the art of giving a tantra massage, grow their ability to built intimate, nurturing and meaningful relationships and connect deeper to their own bodies. This retreat is for people that are new to tantra; as well as for people with experience who want to have a whole week to nurture in the warmth of tantric practices in a beautiful environment, strengthening their sense of inner peace, belonging and connection.

Meet your Facilitators
Paula
Paula is the founder of Journey Within ans has been practicing and teaching the tantric tradition for over a decade. All her Workshops and Sessions aim at allowing more life-force to flow through the body and release any tension, physical or emotional, that might be on the way of living a truly authentic and free life.
Besides her multiple tantric studies, she is a certified body-psychotherapy practitioner, reiki master, advanced tantra-yoga teacher and has a Ph.D. in human rights. Read More about her trajectory here.
Linda
Linda believes that profound healing happens in group dynamics. The collective nervous system balances out and supports each and everyone on their individual journeys. There is so much to learn and to feel from one another - we are more connected than we think.
Linda has specialised on diverse somatic and trauma informed techniques such as De-Armouring, Trauma Release Exercise (TRE®) and sexological body-work. She is an advocate for free movement and dance, and she translates her studies of masculine/feminine energy, somatic movement & dance, embodiment and sensual erotism into her craft.
Tara
For Tara, the art of tantra massage is a pathway to elevated and enhanced states of consciousness. Through both tender and tentative touch, Tara likes to take you on a journey through the layers of sensation and sensuality.
Tara is a certified Sensual Somatic™️ facilitator and uses a combination of massage techniques, trauma-informed somatic release practices, breathwork, sensual embodiment and de-armouring in her sessions. She is also a performer and dancer. Her desire is for everyone to feel safe and sensual in their own bodies.
