This is a private workshop. You will have one therapist as a teacher introducing you to tantra massage, as well as tantric principles and practices.

 

This class is for couples that want to experience something new, get an introduction to tantra together, as well as grow their skills of touch and/or learn how to invite more intimacy, more pleasure and better communication into their relationship. ​

 

Touch is a vital form of communication that we use to connect with others. It is its own language - it can be learned, developed and turned into art. More than touching the body, you will learn how to get into deep, intimate communication with another person through touch and truly listen. For that to be possible, it is paramount that the giver is connected to himself or herself. From there, he or she will be able to feel the other person and will grow to sense intuitively how to touch the other.

 

This private tantra massage workshop for couples will be tailored to your specific needs and can vary in content. It begins with a pre-talk to understand your interests, followed by a moment to shower. You’ll then engage in a grounding exercise to help you arrive in the present moment and connect with your body before connecting with your partner. Various tantric exercises will be explored to learn about presence, quality of touch, and its different forms. You’ll focus on one aspect of the massage and practice on your partner with the therapist’s guidance. While this workshop is too short to cover the entire Tantra massage, it will provide a foundation for incorporating tantric touch into your relationship.
